We run more roadshows/valuation days than any other UK company - over 250 events every month, as well as operating a nationwide home visit service. The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Personal Brand Producer / Strategist to take complete end-to-end ownership of the personal brand of our founder, alongside elevating the profiles of our trusted in-house experts. You will be the architect and executor behind the scenes, turning industry expertise and entrepreneurial success into a compelling, highly visible digital presence. This is a hands-on role where you will be capturing content, testing messaging, and actively hustling to secure high-profile PR and speaking opportunities.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
End-to-End Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy for the founder and key experts.
Content Production: Lead the recording and editing of high-quality video and audio content.
Daily Management: Handle daily social media posting, proactive community engagement, and ongoing profile optimization across platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
Copywriting: Draft compelling social media posts, thought-leadership articles, and blog posts.
Message Testing: Continuously test brand messaging and analyze performance metrics to refine our approach.
Outreach & Placements: Actively scout and secure podcasting and speaking opportunities to expand the founder's reach.
PR Coordination: Work closely with external PR agencies to align personal branding efforts with broader company media campaigns.
Brand Enhancement: Take initiative on "anything else" that moves the needle—from networking to trend-jacking.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: You must have a track record of building and managing a personal brand—whether for yourself, an influencer, or a C-level executive.
A Content Creator: You are highly proficient in video editing, audio production, and visual storytelling.
A Strategic Doer: You can map out a 6-month brand strategy but are equally happy in the weeds, writing daily tweets and replying to comments.
A Confident Communicator: You possess excellent copywriting skills and the ability to capture the founder's authentic voice.
A Hustler: You don't wait for opportunities; you know how to pitch podcasts, events, and media outlets to get your talent in the spotlight.
