We're looking for skilled Fabric Engineers to join our maintenance team, working on a dedicated contract across the North of England. You will be carrying out a wide variety of general building and property repairs in commercial sites from Leeds to Liverpool, Newcastle and everywhere in between.
Responsibilities
* Basic joinery and repairs
* Painting and patch plastering
* Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles
* Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings
* General property upkeep and minor remedial work
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in a good finish and enjoys variety in their day.
Qualifications
* A solid background in property or building maintenance (multi‑skilled handy‑person level)
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools
* Willingness to travel across the region
* Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (due to site requirements)
