Vacancy Description
* Provide first-line service desk support by responding to technical queries and resolving basic IT issues for staff and students
* Log and monitor IT faults through the school’s service management system, ensuring they are resolved promptly and efficiently
* Install, configure, and update software and hardware across the school’s IT infrastructure under guidance
* Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
* Support the administration and management of e-learning platforms and educational software used by students and staff
* Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting on IT hardware and devices, escalating complex issues when necessary
* Ensure IT equipment and systems are well-maintained, secure, and functional to support teaching and learning
* Collaborate with staff and IT team members to identify IT needs and suggest practical solutions
* Maintain accurate records of IT issues, maintenance, and inventory to support operational effectiveness
* Communicate clearly and effectively with users, offering technical advice and support in a professional manner
