Job Title: Quality Administrator
Location: North Ayrshire
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Office based with some opportunity of WFH
Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for compliance and continuous improvement? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation with a strong commitment to quality, environment, and safety, is looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
What you will be doing:
Maintaining and updating the Integrated Management System, including Corrective Actions Log, Risk Registers, and Legal Register.
Managing document control processes and ensuring compliance with change management requirements.
Conducting internal audits of business processes and preparing for external audits with certification bodies.
Producing clear reports, highlighting findings, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Health & Safety, and Facilities to support compliance.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, from colleagues to senior management and external auditors.What we are looking for:
Strong administrative background, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with ISO frameworks (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and Integrated Management Systems is strongly preferred.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings.
High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Visio is an advantage, but training can be provided.Why join?
