Job Overview
Ansal API is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Retainer for a full-time, on-site position in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of solid experience in real estate law, with a strong understanding of land-related legal processes in Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct legal due diligence and land acquisition processes
* Review and verify property titles
* Draft and vet property-related documents in both Hindi and English
* Handle legal aspects of registrations and coordinate with local authorities
* Ensure compliance with high-tech township regulations and policies
Candidate Requirements
* 7–10 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with reputed real estate firms
* In-depth knowledge of property laws and land regulations specific to Uttar Pradesh
* Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)
* Previous experience handling documentation, legal registrations, and government liaison work
Location
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (This is a fully on-site role)
