We're on the lookout for a Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Service team - someone who thrives under pressure, brings positive energy, and is ready to take on a challenge.
What you'll be doing:
* Organising engineers and planned maintenance visits
* Keeping customers in the loop via phone, email, and portals
* Uploading key documents, updating systems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
* Collaborating with teams to get things done quickly and efficiently
* Chasing suppliers, tracking job statuses, and staying on top
What we're looking for:
* Super organised, detail-focused, and cool under pressure
* Great communicator with a confident, can-do attitude
* Experience in admin or scheduling (bonus if it's in engineering or facilities)
* Good with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
* Most importantly, ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact
