Main duties of the job
Our young persons teams offer vital support, training and education to young people in their locality. They work with other agencies and professionals to safeguard their young clients, and also engage with their families where appropriate. Managing and developing your team to reach its full potential will be key to your success and will be your passion as a Team Leader. This YP Team Leader role will provide support to our YP, Family and Schools Workers, and be an integral part of the wider Rotherham management team. The role is based in our Rotherham office, but the team is peripatetic, so flexibility is required. Data analysis and administrative tasks will also be part of this busy and varied job.
This is a fixed‑term role until December 2026. As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,000 per annum, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, up to £36,000 per annum.
