This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in shaping the company’s growth by delivering accurate financial projections and strategic insight. You will take ownership of the financial operations, providing the leadership and expertise needed to drive informed decision-making at the highest level. As the Management Accountant, you will be: * Prepare monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts * Develop and track financial performance, budgets and costs * Suggest and make improvements as required * Monitor sales, client and financial records, producing operational performance reports * Produce cash flow forecasts * Manage the wider accounts team on day-to-day accounts * Manage CIS compliance * Lead on the preparation of year-end and audits As the Management Accountant, you will have: * A CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualification or qualified by experience * Experience within a Management Accounting role * Excellent communication and management skills * Ability to Manage Accounts on different types of projects * Exceptional attention to detail * Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management experience If you like the sound of the Management Accountant role and have the experience of working in a similar role or environment, please get in touch by sending us an email with your application.
