This Cambridge based organisation runs international residential summer study programs for students aged 14–18. As Programme Director, you will work closely with the senior team to ensure the smooth running of the summer programs. You will provide leadership to a large team of supervisors and teaching staff, oversee student welfare, implement safeguarding policies, and liaise with parents and external partners. Program Dates – Summer 2026 (Cambridge residency required): Friday 3rd July – Saturday 18th July 2026 Friday 17th July – Saturday 1st August 2026 Friday 24th July – Saturday 8th August 2026 Friday 31st July – Saturday 15th August 2026 Note: Compulsory Induction Training is included during the first Friday and Saturday of your program. Paid training takes place on the first Friday and Saturday. For safeguarding purposes, an Enhanced DBS check is required for all staff and if living overseas a valid police clearance certificate is additionally required. Two professional references will also be required for all staff.
