The role
Showroom & Remote Appointment Host (Part-Time / Flexible)
London (On-Site & Remote)
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for confident communicators looking for professional experience alongside other commitments.
Cocoon operates a private, pre-booked appointment model. Rather than traditional retail, we deliver structured, one-to-one product experiences both in our showroom and via remote appointments.
You will:
* Host pre-booked showroom appointments
* Conduct remote video consultations from home via our system
* Guide customers through a structured product presentation
* Demonstrate features and benefits clearly and confidently
* Create a relaxed, premium buying experience
* Support customers in making informed decisions
* Log appointment outcomes within our system
This is not a walk-in retail environment. It is a guided, performance-led customer experience.
What we're looking for
We are particularly interested in students and individuals with strong communication backgrounds, including those within Drama, Performing Arts, Media or related disciplines.
You will thrive in this role if you:
* Are confident and articulate in front of people
* Have strong presence and interpersonal skills
* Can adapt your energy to different personality types
* Enjoy structured storytelling and guided conversations
* Are organised and comfortable using digital systems
* Are proactive, reliable and self-motivated
Previous sales or retail experience is helpful but not essential. Confidence, presence and professionalism matter more.
