At Swansea Delta by Marriott we’re

city. Our team thrives on creating seamless, welcoming experiences for every
guest who walks through our doors. As a Front Office Associate, you’ll be right
at the centre of it all — the face of our hotel, and the first impression our
guests will remember.



The Role:

We’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our Front Office
team. From check-in to check-out, and everything in between, you’ll be handling
guest requests, coordinating with departments, and ensuring the front desk runs
smoothly. No two days are the same — and that’s just how we like it!



What You’ll Do:




* Welcome
guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-ins and check-outs
efficiently

* Respond
to guest needs and enquiries with care, accuracy, and a can-do attitude

* Perform
administrative tasks and maintain accurate guest records

* Communicate
and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to
ensure a smooth operation

* Stay
calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and prioritise tasks in a
fast-paced environment

* Support
the wider team while also working independently and proactively

* Handle
situations with confidence, using sound judgment and a solution-oriented
mindset




What We’re Looking For:




* Strong
communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest
service

* Previous
customer-facing experience is essential (hospitality, retail, or service
industries)

* Ability
to work confidently both on your own and as part of a team

* Professional
and presentable appearance, with a welcoming attitude

* Eagerness
to learn and grow in a hospitality environment

* Comfortable
with multitasking and staying organised in a busy setting




Desirable (but not required):




* Familiarity
with Microsoft Office Suite

* Experience
with POS systems or hotel management software




Looking the Part:

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, so a professional
appearance and a focus on personal hygiene are essential. We want you to feel
proud of how you represent our hotel — your friendly, polished presence sets
the tone for an excellent guest experience.
