IT Support Technician - Key Responsibilities: * Manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure. * Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. * Complete all administrative tasks and documentation promptly. * Maintain accurate records using IT Service Management tools. * Promote best practices and follow change control processes. * Plan and organise workload effectively to maximise productivity. * Review progress and performance regularly with the Team Lead.
