Customer Service Advisor – Join Our Steer Luxury Farnham Team
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team at Steer Luxury Farnham.
In this key role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a high-end, seamless experience that reflects the standards of our luxury brand partners. You will guide customers through their repair journey with confidence, care, and attention to detail, ensuring they feel fully supported at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
14. Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a premium customer experience
15. Coordinate bookings, vehicle collections, and returns efficiently and professionally
16. Maintain clear, timely communication with customers, insurers, and internal teams
17. Build strong relationships with customers, delivering a personalised and reassuring service
18. Accurately update systems and insurer portals with all relevant information
19. Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to a high professional standard
20. Support team and individual performance targets aligned to service excellence
21. Proactively resolve queries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
22. Assist with vehicle movements on-site where required

We are seeking a polished and customer-centric individual, ideally with experience within automotive repair, aftercare, or a premium customer service environment.
