This role is a great opportunity to build confidence, develop your skills, and get hands-on experience with real bids. You'll join an award-winning, high-performing bids team who will support you as you learn, offering guidance, collaboration, and plenty of opportunities to progress. We don't expect you to be an expert yet, if you've had some exposure to bids, proposals and you're eager to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the creation and editing of written bid responses that clearly address client needs. Working alongside experienced subject matter experts to shape clear, engaging, and client-focused content. Proof-reading documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality presentation. Helping gather case studies, evidence, and supporting materials for submissions. Learning how to review responses against scoring criteria and contributing ideas to strengthen our proposals. What We're Looking For Some experience in bid writing or proposals - 12 months minimum Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail. A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. Enthusiasm to develop a career in bid writing with training and growth supported through our APMP corporate membership. Don't match all the criteria?
