About the Role
A Non-Financial Audit Lead is required to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our non-financial reporting.
Non-Financial reporting is no longer a ‘nice to have.’ It directly impacts business performance, cost management, reputation, talent attraction and overall enterprise value. Transparent, reliable and trusted non-financial reporting is essential for building stakeholder confidence and maintaining credibility. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring BJSS communicates their non-financial performance accurately and ethically.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan effective auditing processes
2. Audit and assess BJSS functions for accuracy and regulatory compliance
3. Inspect internal systems and controls across the Delivery portfolio – sales, client service and delivery services
4. Assess risk management tactics
5. Perform audits of non-financial areas across delivery, ESG and Enterprise Services such as Enterprise IT
6. Report systematic errors or fraud indicators
7. Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward
8. Explain audit findings and recommend solutions
About You
9. Proven experience as an External Auditor
10. Experience in data analysis and financial reporting
11. Knowledge of external auditing practices and relevant regulations (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
12. Familiar with Enterprise software (e.g. Salesforce)
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Sound judgement and decision-making ability
