15 per hour (£30,771 per year for a 45 hour week)
Plus up to £7,500 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings), giving total potential earnings of £38,271 per year.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at our lovely Sandbanks restaurant in Poole, Dorset.

Rick Stein Sandbanks was opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in November 2015, a beautifully bright restaurant enjoying views across the water on Sandbanks Road. Guests can enjoy a casual lunch with classic dishes such as crab salads and moules marinière, alongside seafood dishes including dover sole meunière, turbot hollandaise and fruits de mer.
