Responsibilities
The focus for this role is to deliver high-quality business analysis. Acting as a trusted adviser to the business, you will support at multiple levels, supporting initiatives within a business change environment.
Responsible for delivering business analysis across projects and programmes, working independently or under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst.
You will bring experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to understand business needs, collaborate with interested parties across change initiatives, and translate requirements into actionable outcomes. Supporting multiple projects to ensure project lifecycle timelines are met.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Business Analyst with an analytical approach and experience in applying Business Analysis techniques throughout a project lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
* Supporting business change projects with analysis
* Working closely with senior analyst to support with change projects
* Gathering requests from business for analysis purposes
* Communicating actions to business stakeholders
* Experience of working across change projects, problem-solving, and effective communication at all levels
Qualifications
* Business Analysis experience
* Familiarity with supporting and managing workplace changes
* Good analytical skills
* Experience in applying analysis techniques throughout a project lifecycle
* Working across systems and business change programmes
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders
* Wealth management or regulated financial services, preferably with a FTSE 100 UK Retail Bank, Wealth Manager or Fintech
* BCS International Diploma or equivalent experience in Business Analysis
