This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a prominent national Facilities Management (FM) organisation. This permanent, field:based role will see you contributing to a comprehensive range of building services, with a client:focused approach across various commercial office environments in the Grantham and Nottingham areas.
Responsibilities:
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in commercial office environments.
* Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, paperwork is accurate, and statutory requirements are met.
* Take part in an on:call rota for out:of:hours cover and proactively identify additional work opportunities.
* Youll also monitor sub:contractors for H and S compliance and quality.

Ideal Candidate:
* Mandatory Gas Certifications: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1, CIGA1 are essential.
* Experience within a facilities maintenance environment
* Full Clean UK driving licence
