Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time weekday role focused on helping patients improve daily function and long-term independence. You will assess limitations, identify treatment priorities, and provide therapy that supports better performance in everyday activities at home, work, or in the community.
Responsibilities
* Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations
* Develop individualized care plans based on functional goals
* Provide occupational therapy interventions for daily living, motor skills, and adaptive functioning
* Measure progress and update treatment plans when needed
* Instruct patients on exercises, routines, and tools that support recovery and independence
* Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge planning clearly
* Work closely with the care team to support coordinated treatment
Qualifications
* Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
* Current NBCOT certification
* Previous clinical experience preferred
* Strong communication and documentation skills
