Enterprise Account Executive

Location: London, UK (Hybrid model)

About the Role

For our client, a global SaaS organisation, we are looking for experienced Enterprise Account Executives to play a key role in the company's continued international growth.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, managing complex sales cycles, and acquiring new strategic customers. The role combines developing strong long-term relationships with existing clients and actively hunting for new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

* Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.

* Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients on technology skills and workforce development initiatives.

* Lead complex enterprise sales processes with multiple stakeholders.

* Collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.

* Conduct client meetings and presentations, including business travel (up to 40%).


Requirements

* Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience within enterprise environments (preferably SaaS or enterprise software).

* Proven success in achieving annual sales targets of $1M+.

* Track record of closing large, complex deals valued at $200k+.

* Experience selling to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

* Strong hunting skills, business development, and heavy prospecting pipeline building.
* Familiarity with MEDDPICC or another value-based sales methodology.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly.

* Previous SaaS/enterprise software experience required; EdTech experience is a plus.
