Hours: 40 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know during our conversation!)
Your Role and Responsibilities
As our new Design Manager, you will play a key role in guiding our team through the design process, ensuring that we deliver exceptional solutions from the initial stages all the way to project completion. Your daily tasks will include:
* Managing the design process and ensuring timely delivery of drawings and documentation
* Liaising with clients and leading engaging design meetings
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards
* Overseeing design risk management and documentation
* Supporting project teams with design-related challenges
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You possess strong communication skills and have experience working with multidisciplinary teams
* You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership
* You have previous experience managing design on projects up to £20 million
