Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Project Engineer required to join a global, leading HVAC/automation manufacturer.
The Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting clients with technical queries, providing internal sales support as well as attending site to undertake technical surveys focusing on products within the HVAC/automation scope including sensors, flow meters, actuators, valves.
This Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Project Engineer will be coming from a strong technical background across the HVAC, controls and/or automation sectors. You will also need to be able to offer capabilities including take-offs, sizing schedules and tender assistance. The position is office-based in Shepperton.
Package –
* £40,000-£50,000

Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Project Engineer Role –
* Provide sales support focusing on products within the HVAC/automation scope including sensors, flow meters, actuators, valves
* Undertake technical surveys focusing on products within the HVAC/automation scope including sensors, flow meters, actuators, valves
* Support customers with product updates, quotes, lifecycle reports
* Offer assistance to Area Sales Managers including take-offs, sizing, tender assistance
* Able to travel to Shepperton for an office-based position
Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Project Engineer Requirements –
* Experience in an Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Sales, Technical Sales Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer or similar within HVAC, controls and/or automation
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/automation products such as actuators, sensors, valves, dampers or related building services equipment
* A higher level qualification of HND/HNC or degree would be advantageous
* Ability to engage with ranging engineering departments
* Able to travel to Shepperton for an office-based position
