What You’ll Be Doing You’ll act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting the full HR lifecycle while balancing day-to-day operations with strategic and cultural projects. Your role will include:
HR Business Partnering & Advice
* Coaching and guiding managers on performance, conduct, and ER matters
* Supporting organisational development and workforce planning
* Helping shape and communicate HR policies
* Ensuring fair, consistent, and well-documented employee relations support
Employee Experience & CultureSupporting engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning
* Championing inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition programs
* Reviewing employee feedback and turnover trends
* Supporting change and cultural communication initiatives
Performance, Learning & DevelopmentHelping roll out performance frameworks
* Supporting managers with improvement plans and development pathways
* Assisting in identifying training needs and coordinating L&D activities
HR Operations, Payroll & BenefitsEnsuring smooth, compliant day-to-day HR processes
* Maintaining HR systems, data integrity, and reporting
* Supporting payroll and benefits administration when needed
* Assisting with benefit renewals, employee enrolments, and communication
* Staying up to date with employment law and advising managers accordingly
Projects & Continuous ImprovementSupporting policy reviews, HR system enhancements, and engagement frameworks
* Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes
* Contributing to best-practice HR documentation and standards
What You’ll Bring
* 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong HR knowledge across ER, performance, operations, and compliance
* Experience supporting UK teams (European exposure is a bonus!)
* Confident communication skills and the ability to coach managers
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 desirable)
