Customer Complaint Investigator
Responsibilities
* Investigate Customer Complaints in accordance with standardised practices and in a timely manner, in an effort to identify potential root causes of reported defects.
* Testing of returned and/or retained products and review of manufacturing records (DHR) where possible to enable confirmation or otherwise of reported defect.
* Ensure all relevant systems and supporting records are maintained as evidence of a thorough investigation to the required level, and that investigation reports are recorded on the Trackwise system in a timely manner.
* Support of Validation/Trial runs and MWOs in manufacturing to provide product testing support where required.
* Provide support for internal audits, third party regulatory audits and customer complaints as required.
* Provide a source of advice / knowledge on shift to manufacturing / technical associates on all matters relating to Customer Complaints.
* Support the Quality Engineering team on reasonable requests as they may arise.
* Support operational CI initiatives as required including documentation improvements.
Qualifications
* Obtained GCSE Maths and English is essential.
* Excellent PC knowledge and capability.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
* Proven working knowledge of MS Office and Minitab.
* Experience in a quality / manufacturing role within a high volume medical device‑manufacturing controlled environment is a distinct advantage.
* Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Salary Range: £27,600.00 - £42,075.00 GBP Annual
