Food & Beverage Service Manager
Stevenson Forecourts is a family run business retailing in fuel since 1978. Our stores incorporate a large multi awarding winning convenience store offering food-on-the-go and a petrol forecourt. We pride ourselves in offering the highest levels of standards and customer service. We are proud to serve the local community, striving to be the best forecourt retailer in the country.
We are look for more than just a cook We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Food Service Manager to lead the development of an exciting new food-to-go range in our newly developed store. We are looking for pizzaz, theatre, originality in displaying what we have to offer.
We are not looking for a complicated food concept, we will deliver consistent, high quality, freshly made sandwiches and salads (and more .) creating a foodie destination that people want to keep coming back for.

About the Role ofFood & Beverage Service Manager

You will take ownership of the Food To Go offering, working closely with the senior management to design, trial, and launch a commercially successful range. From idea generation and recipe development to operations and customer experience, you will be at the forefront of creating something new and distinctive.
Food & Beverage Service ManagerKey Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of a new food-to-go offering.
Research customer trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Develop menus and products that are innovative, practical, and profitable.
Manage supplier relationships and sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
Ensure all food meets health, safety, and quality standards.
Deliver the development plan on time and within budget.
Train and inspire the catering team to deliver the new concept successfully.
About You:
A passionate catering professional with proven management experience.
Creative thinker with a flair for developing new food concepts.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the food-to-go market.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Enthusiastic, hands-on, and motivated to bring fresh ideas to life.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practice.
