About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and support local schools in Skegness. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want a flexible role that fits around their schedule.
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work across different primary and/or secondary schools, providing classroom support, assisting with learning activities, and helping to create a positive and inclusive environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Assist pupils with their learning, ensuring they feel supported and motivated.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
* Adapt to different school settings and year groups.

Requirements
* Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred).
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
