We're Signature Pharmacy. We're an online pharmacy that offers on-demand private prescriptions to patients around the country. We work with insurance companies, private GPs and telemedicine providers across the country.
Our goal at Signature Pharmacy is to provide an outstanding customer experience and our customers are our patients as well as the clinics we work with too.
We're looking for someone who understands that good customer service includes every touch point the customer has with the pharmacy. This includes their journey through our order management system; their experience with our CRM system, the communication they receive from the pharmacy and the presentation of their medication at their doorstep.
Must have experience leading a customer service team
Experience building customer service protocols and SOPs
Experience working with omnichannel customer support solutions
Previous expereince of at least 3 years within customer service
Fluent in English
IT literacy and good at learning new software
We use intercom as our CRM system - previous experience preferred
