You will plan calm, structured, and interest‑led activities that encourage exploration while maintaining clear boundaries and safety. You will also be responsible for transporting him to and from school each day, offering reassurance and consistency during transitions. A core part of the role involves supporting him as he explores his surroundings, ensuring he remains safe, engaged, and supported while his natural curiosity is encouraged in appropriate ways.
