About you
* Proven track record of success and career progression in residential property sales
* Entrepreneurial drive, with the potential to progress to branch management and beyond
* Self-driven and highly motivated to succeed and to earn commission, and progress career
* Demonstrated ability to work systematically and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
* Strong negotiation skills with experience in securing compromise between parties
A full driving license and access to your own transport is required for this role. Local knowledge of the East Surrey area would be advantageous but not essential - we're also interested to hear from candidates open to relocating to the area.
