Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office. This role is offered on 12-month fixed term contract basis.
We’re looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented EMEA Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This is a key role supporting both Group and EMEA financial operations, with responsibility for statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance and technical accounting judgments across multiple European entities and at a regional European level. You’ll also play a pivotal role in managing the accounting for our Group entity and supporting transformation initiatives.
What you will be doing:
• Lead statutory reporting and audit coordination across multiple EMEA entities, acting as the main contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
• Prepare and review financial statements and corporate tax submissions, ensuring compliance with local and Group requirements.
• Manage accounting for Group entities, including treasury postings, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory accounts.
• Oversee IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 processes, fixed asset management, accounting for bad debt provisions, revenue cut off considerations and monthly balance sheet reviews across EMEA.
• Support UK and Group tax reporting, collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate financial data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight to the Assistant Financial Accountant, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output across core accounting activities.
About you:
• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experienced in preparing statutory accounts and managing audits across UK and EMEA entities.
• Confident working with SAP or similar ERP systems, and ideally familiar with consolidation tools.
• An effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across international and matrixed environments.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
