ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a dynamic, field-based operational management role suited for a highly organized and resilient individual. The position requires patience, energy, and the ability to manage long working hours effectively. Ambitious candidates will find significant opportunities for career growth within the business.


REPORTING STRUCTURE

* Reports to: Senior Area Operations Manager
* Indirectly reports to: Operations Director
* Covering sites across Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Staffordshire


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Client Management – Promptly and professionally handle client concerns.
* Team Leadership – Recruit, support, and develop cleaning operatives.
* Performance Management – Address underperformance in line with company policies.
* HR & Compliance – Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
* On-Site Presence – Maintain a strong, visible presence across client sites.
* Operations Oversight – Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
* Budget Management – Ensure monthly site budgets are met.
* Supplies & Logistics – Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.

* ✔ Valid Driving License – Essential for travel between sites.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE

* Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
* Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
* Work-from-home Fridays (after probation)
