Job Title: Factory Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Higher Walton
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, mornings preferred)
Pay: £12.21 per hour | Overtime paid at Time and a half
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and organised individual to support the day-to-day administrative functions at our clients factory. This is a general admin role, ideal for someone with previous experience in a factory or production environment who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ordering daily consumables and supplies as required
* Updating and filing training records accurately
* Collecting and filing daily safety check sheets
* Maintaining and updating risk assessments and method statement logs/documents
* General administrative duties to support factory operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience in an admin role, ideally within a factory or production setting
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable using basic IT systems (e.g. spreadsheets, word processing)
* A proactive approach and the ability to manage tasks independently
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Schedule:
* Part-time: 25 hours per week
* Preferred working pattern: 5 weekday mornings (flexible)
