The business operates its own workshop and spray booth, preparing vehicles for sale to a high standard. As a Paint Sprayer, you will deliver high-quality paintwork and smart repairs, ensuring vehicles are presented to the best possible standard for customers. You will be responsible for: Spraying panels and performing smart repairs to vehicles with precision and care. Preparing vehicles for sale, including bodywork repair and finishing. Maintaining workshop standards, ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and effectively. Collaborating with the valet and workshop teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation. Upholding quality standards and attention to detail across all work undertaken. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Paint Sprayer, Spray Painter, Painter, Sprayer, Paint Technician, Vehicle Painter or in a similar role. Proven experience in vehicle painting, smart repairs, and bodywork finishing. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to develop within the business. Awareness of health and safety standards within a workshop environment. What's on offer: Company pension.
