About the Role
* Manage mechanical, electrical, BMS, and fire protection projects from start to completion
* Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning phases
* Oversee subcontractors, engineers, and client relationships
* Monitor project programmes, costs, and resource allocation
* Ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications
* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
* Identify and manage project risks and challenges
* Support testing, commissioning, and final handover
* Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle
