At Pranzo Italian Ilkley, we are currently looking to bring an enthusiastic and dedicated bartender on board. (Service charge is split across all staff, adding roughly £5,000 annually for full time staff).
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in wines, spirits, and cocktails. This role would be perfect for someone looking to make a career in hospitality.
We currently have an ambitious drinks menu that we are constantly looking to develop and improve and you will be expected to input in cocktail development.
You will be given full training on wine and food pairings and wine tasting, and will become confident in walking customers through our wine menu and our spirit collection.
About us: At Pranzo we specialise in homemade pasta and Calabrian style dishes, we also have an excellent wine menu and an exciting cocktail menu that is constantly improving.
Pranzo is a rapidly growing business and are looking for passionate and committed people to help the business grow and develop.
Experience isn't necessary but passion for all things bar related and good food is a must.
You must be 18+ for this role.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
* Maintained cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
* Engage with guests to provide excellent hospitality and build rapport.
* Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
