Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client’s finance team in Redditch. The role will involve processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, handling queries, and ensuring accurate maintenance of the purchase ledger. You will support the finance function by ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Matching, batching, and coding supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Processing supplier payments and dealing with queries
Supporting the finance team with general administrative dutiesSkills & Experience:
Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
Proficiency with COINS software (or similar finance/accounting systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
