Your New RoleAs Investment Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the organisation’s planned maintenance and major works programmes. Your duties will include:
1. Leading and managing planned maintenance and major repair projects from inception topletion
2. Monitoring project budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting variances
3. Preparing specifications, tender documents and supporting procurement activity
4. Managing contractors to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards
5. Ensuring fullpliance with health & safety, CDM and regulatory requirements
6. Working closely with internal teams to deliver services to tenants and factored owners
7. Carrying out consultations and maintaining clearmunication with customers throughout project delivery
8. Developing and reviewing procedures to support effective project management
9. Producing performance reports for senior management andernance groups
10. Gathering customer feedback and implementing service improvements
11. Line‑managing an Investment Officer and supporting wider asset management priorities
What You’ll Need to Succeed
12. Experience managing planned maintenance and/or major repair projects
13. Strong programme and project management skills
14. Proven contract management experience in property repairs or maintenance.
15. Knowledge of H&S and CDM regulations
16. Excellentmunication skills with a customer‑focused approach
17. Ability to manage budgets and deliver value for money
18. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project management tools
19. Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience
20. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
