As a Client Documentation and Data Specialist in our Retail team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients investing in our Retail funds. This is a collaborative and dynamic role where your attention to detail and relationship-building skills will make a real impact. This hybrid role attracts a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.What you'll be doing:
1. Delivering excellent client service across documentation and data processes
2. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to support client onboarding
3. Developing a deep understanding of client needs and servicing requirements
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Retail fund products and prospectus terms
5. Ensuring compliance with Financial Crime regulations and internal policies
6. Monitoring fund distributors in line with Conduct Risk and Distributor Policy
7. Evaluating and improving processes to enhance client service delivery
8. Supporting the wider team with shared tasks and workload fluctuations
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across teams
11. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
12. Knowledge of Retail Asset Management products and legal agreements
13. Familiarity with Financial Crime regulations and compliance standards
14. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Salesforce and relevant systems
15. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
