Own Your Shift Lead a team of production operators Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations Manage planning, resourcing, and shift admin ?? Be a Safety & Quality Champion Promote a safety-first, quality-always culture Support with GMP standards, audits & investigations ?? Lead and Motivate Run 1-to-1s and team coaching Support training plans and new starters Build trust and team morale ?? Get Hands-On Be a visible, proactive shift leader Work directly with your team on the shop floor Troubleshoot and solve operational issues ?? Drive Performance Track KPIs (waste, OEE, downtime) Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with Shift Managers, Engineers & wider teams ? What Were Looking For A degree or qualification in Operations, Engineering, Food Science, Business or similar 12 years of experience or placement in FMCG, food, retail, or pharma A proactive, team-focused mindset and leadership potential Confident communication and motivational skills Comfortable in fast-paced, manual environments Process-driven and eager to learn ??
