Market Insight Manager London or Reigate - Hybrid (minimum 50% in office) Due to exciting growth, we are looking for Market Insight Manager to provide a group wide view of markets, forecast macroeconomic drivers and micro economic influences to drive strategic decision making for Just Group. Bering part of a growing Group Strategy function, you will support our wider business in provide insights from a range of data sources, including customer, product and national data, that assist in creating views of the market landscape for Just's products and services. Key Responsibilities: Interrogate data sources and seek meaningful insights to enable sizing, forecasts and the implications of each for the Group's strategy Monitor competitor releases and presentations to gain further insight and help determine how Just should interact with such competitors - partner, compete, acquire etc Synthesize data analysis, competitor analysis and internal insights to form a comprehensive competitive strategy Lead the business units to create one version of market views including assets held, projected changes over time, income generated, distribution of assets across provider segments etc Work with customer and commercial teams to establish how money moves around market and what the Group can do to influence movement to our advantage - transfers, cash, product purchase lifecycles etc Monitor regulatory and legislative changes affecting market dynamics such as State provision, tax incentivisation and treatment, FCA business plan priorities, approaches to conduct by provider segment Integrate market and money movements analyses in business unit strategic and business planning, ensuring implications are understood Develop and produce market analyses and associated outputs for key stakeholder consumption including business unit leaders.
