Are you an experienced EL/PL Litigator ready to join a progressive, Legal 500-ranked firm?
At Simpson Millar, we’re looking for a skilled Litigation Executive to manage a caseload of employers’ and public liability injury claims—from initial denial right through to trial or settlement.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
* Handle a litigated caseload (including some CICA files)
* Make informed liability decisions and manage disclosure, medicals, and valuations
* Prepare for and attend trials, negotiate settlements, and liaise with Counsel & ATE providers
* Hit KPIs and maintain accurate, compliant records
✅ What You’ll Need:
* EL/PL litigation experience (pre and post-issue)
* Strong grasp of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
* Knowledge of EL/PL legislation
* Excellent attention to detail and client care skills
* Bonus: Multi-track experience
