Contract type: Permanent | Hours per week: 37 | Working arrangements: Full‑time with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Flexible working, including job share, will be considered if it maintains continuity of case management.

Eligibility & Legal Requirements
* Enhanced DBS Check required.
* Must speak English to an appropriate standard.
* Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work England required.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert frontline social work within contextual safeguarding for children and families.
* Identify, disrupt and reduce exploitation and outside‑home harm, ensuring children’s voices are central to all assessment and planning.
* Manage complex risk and apply evidence‑informed practice, challenging risks outside the home through robust statutory intervention.
* Collaborate with co‑located police and multi‑agency partners to respond to risks.
* Advocate for children as victims and contribute to safer communities.
* Support continuous improvement of services, striving for quality and outstanding levels of care.
Qualifications & Skills
* High‑level social work experience with a demonstrated track record in safeguarding.
* Strong risk assessment and management skills.
* Excellent relationship‑based practice and advocacy abilities.
* Effective communication and critical thinking.
