You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
What you'll be doing
* Residential Conveyancer to own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Building relationships with clients, agents and introducers
* Delivering a proactive, solutions-focused service
* Contributing to the continued growth of the department
What we're looking for
* Experienced Residential Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor/Legal Executive
* Confident running files independently
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
* Excellent communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset
