Your Role
* Advise family members, care providers and professionals on Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act
* Support vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
* Manage financial affairs, health and welfare, deputyships and trustee matters
* Visit clients in care settings and at home if required
What You Will Need
* To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
* Experience handling court of protection matters
* Candidate with more general private client experience to include Court of protection are very welcome to apply
