Job Summary
Health Care Support Worker (CTAC) – Permanent part‑time position (20.5 hours per week) based in various General Practices in North East Fife. The post requires flexibility, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to patients within the General Practice setting.
* Perform phlebotomy tasks and other clinical duties as required.
* Support members of the primary care team with organisational and administrative tasks.
* Travel across the Fife division when necessary.
* Attend supervision sessions and participate in training opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous community or primary care experience is an advantage.
* Phlebotomy skills are required.
* Desirable: Appropriate SVQ qualification and knowledge relevant to the role.
* Must be able to travel across the Fife-wide division.
