Account Director
Location: London (Hybrid)
We are supporting a fast-growing, privately-owned IT solutions and services provider in their search for an experienced Account Director to join their expanding team. This is a key hire for the business as they continue to invest in talent and scale operations to meet strong market demand.
This role is ideally suited to a high-performing sales professional from a reseller or MSP background who has a track record of achieving and is looking for a new challenge with a highly rewarding, transparent commission structure and a strong focus on margin-based performance.
Develop and manage client relationships across key verticals, including legal, financial services, construction, insurance, and fintech
Position and sell IT infrastructure and managed services solutions, particularly around Microsoft and Cisco technologies
Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion
Stretch bonuses available at 120% (£10k) and 140% (£15k) of target achievement
Successful sales experience within an IT reseller, MSP or IT Professional Services environment
Strong understanding of the IT channel and the ability to position vendor technologies, particularly Microsoft and Cisco
Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing and post-sale account management
Confident operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
