* Reviewing and improving existing systems and procedures
* Ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and services
* Collaborating with engineering and production teams to align supply with demand

We’re looking for someone with drive, initiative, and a practical mindset. You’ll need:
* A solid background in purchasing and supply chain management
* A technical understanding of mechanical engineering (marine sector experience is advantageous)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, common-sense approach to problem-solving
* The ambition to grow with the role and make it your own
