As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for children and young people in this specialist In-patient Eating Disorder service.
With previous experience in a similar setting from the NHS or private sector as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) working 37.5 hour weeks, you will be responsible for the clinical environment where you will provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units.

What you will be doing
As a Senior Staff Nurse you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals to support children and young people with an Eating Disorder at Rhodes Wood in Hatfield.
You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete an appropriate competency development portfolio.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Where you will be working
Rhodes Wood Hospital is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person.
