Role overview
JD Gyms is an expanding gym chain investing in quality clubs. We are looking for a team member who shares our passion for cleanliness and can balance interacting with members while completing tasks.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
* Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
* Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
* Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
* Ensure the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
* Adhere to uniform standards and maintain personal grooming.
* Always deliver outstanding member service.
* Participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
* Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
* Demonstrable passion for exceeding expectations.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with ability to multi task and work unsupervised.
* Effective communication skills and approachability to members and other staff.
