An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-regarded national firm in Leeds with a leading employment practice and a genuinely standout culture.
The Role
You’ll work on a mix of high-quality respondent matters – both contentious and non-contentious – for an impressive client base across health, local government, and the charity sector. The work includes:
Employment tribunal representation Drafting contracts, policies, and procedures Advising on day-to-day employee relations issues Corporate support work including TUPE and redundancy Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
The Ideal Candidate
Solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE in employment law Experience of respondent work across both advisory and contentious matters Comfortable running files with autonomy and supporting junior colleagues A genuine interest in public sector clients is a plus, but not essential
